We are seeking a skilled Design Mechanical Engineer to enhance their product offerings and contribute to their mission of delivering energy-efficient and reliable HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development:
  • Design, develop, and optimize HVAC systems and components for Data Centre applications, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, performance evaluations, and lifecycle assessments to drive product innovation.
• Engineering Analysis:
  • Apply aerodynamics and thermodynamics principles to enhance airflow, heat transfer, and overall system performance.
  • Perform simulations, stress tests, and computational analyses to validate design integrity.
• CAD Design and Documentation:
  • Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation using SolidWorks.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are production-ready and cost-effective.
• Quality and Reliability Assurance:
  • Develop and implement testing protocols to validate product performance and durability in Data Centre environments.
  • Address reliability challenges by proposing and integrating design improvements.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to translate client needs into innovative product solutions.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality components and materials.

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in HVAC system design, product development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting engineering simulations.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials used in HVAC products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing HVAC systems specifically for mission-critical applications such as data centers.
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices for HVAC in high-reliability environments.
• A proven track record of taking products from concept to market launch.
