Ryan leads up the Business Development across Core Talent’s Advanced Construction & Engineering sectors. He specialises in project-led recruitment and partnering with a multitude of businesses but not limited to, Mission Critical projects and provides the best M+E talent across Europe. Prior to Core Talent, Ryan worked in a variety of roles within the music industry including working as a Producer for BBC Introducing before starting his recruitment journey in Public Sector Finance.

Ryan specialises in continuously networking with experienced candidates meaning he is fully immersed in the sector and can quickly identify emerging and available talent for projects throughout Europe.
