The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll be overseeing 6-8 projects at a time, valued between £300k - £1.5M, ensuring they run smoothly from concept to completion.

Your key responsibilities include:
✔️ Managing site teams and leading project execution
✔️ Budget & cost control, handling valuations/variations
✔️ Monitoring project progress, tracking delays & adjusting programmes
✔️ Labour planning and workforce management
✔️ Ensuring compliance with quality & safety standards (RAMs & risk assessments)
✔️ Client-facing role, reporting and updating stakeholders regularly

What You'll Need

🔹 Experience in small-to-mid scale projects with strong commercial acumen
🔹 Background as a Site Supervisor/Site Manager
🔹 Worked for a Cx contractor and led project teams
🔹 Programme literate - capable of labour histograms, tracking progress, and reporting
🔹 EU passport holder & ideally London-based
