Job Title: Electrical Supervisor - Data Centre Projects
Location: Mons, Belgium
Salary: €95,000 - €105,000 (Permanent Role)

About the Role:
Join an industry-leading data centre project as an Electrical Supervisor based in Mons, Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage electrical installations for a high-profile data centre, ensuring delivery to the highest industry standards. You will play a critical role in overseeing the project lifecycle, from design to commissioning, while working alongside top-tier engineers and project managers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (including LV/MV systems, UPS, generators, and switchgear) within the data centre environment.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration of electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to the project management team.
• Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure all electrical work meets performance, safety, and sustainability requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain project momentum.
• Lead a team of electrical technicians, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Work closely with design engineers during the pre-construction and construction phases to optimize project designs for electrical systems.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in managing electrical installations on large-scale data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency power systems, and control systems specific to data centres.
• Familiarity with international electrical standards and codes (IEC, EN).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus).
